Spring
Spring is a 16"
Mohair bear with glass eyes and faux suede paw pads. She has
wired arms and an armatured neck.
Spring wears a mottled
green batik cotton dress and a coat that is made of yarn lace.
I made 8 panels of
yarn lace by stitching the yarns in a random manner to a water
soluable backing. It is very lacy and etherial and took me 6
hours just to make the lace.
The coat is trimmed
with hanging leaves and vines and trims will vary
Spring's hat is a
wonderful trumpet shaped floral accessory that I found. It is
trimmed with varied greenery, a bird and butterflies. - trims
will vary
Right now, I only
have 3 of the hats, but am looking for 4 more so I intend that
the edition will be 6 bears, but at the moment,
there will only be 3 for certain and 2 are sold
